"Dear Sir, Reported to Aditya Motors almost after eight months. Glad to see many changes in the workshop. Well furnished customer lounge with all amenities, Fantastic reception with brilliant set up. People are there to receive the customer near the gate. Fortunately I met Mr Debananda, AGM just outside of the gate who with his team were cleaning the surroundings as a Swach bharat program. Immediately he got my car in & the Advisor took no time to receive the car. Being a joint secretary in Odisha secretariat I hardly get any time on working day. Hence opted Sunday to get my Verito car serviced. As such the service of Aditya Motors is always stupendous but this time it was something different & extra ordinary. Like five star hotels, there are various flavors of tea & coffee in the customer lounge & we can opt as per our taste. The snacks counter near the reception is hardly available in any other dealer & customers can have snacks & fast food during lunch time even. The best part which I liked is, the advisor is more interested to know the defects in my car & instantly I thought as if I have come to a doctor who is asking the symptoms to know my disease. As I mentioned earlier, the service of Aditya was always excellent. But this time I met all the refined people. Everyone knows their job perfectly. I can say in Aditya the “Perfection is redefined” & they provide legitimate solution with genuine cost. Keep up the good work & all the very best & I will be happy to come here again & again. "

"Dear Mahindra & Mahindra, My vehicle No. WB38AA6444 got broke down at Puri informed Aditya Motors & within 1.5 Hrs the breakdown assistance team from Cuttack reached at Puri. My car was towed to Aditya, Cuttack. Mr Dipti Ranjan Dash, the service manager & a gentle man whom I met & requested to rectify the defect at the earliest. Within No time my car was attended with the assurance that it would be done by today so that I can move further towards Kolkata. Mr Dipti Ranjan not only assured me but ensured our comfort by providing us the refreshments. As assured by him, they completed the job well before the estimated time. The team work in Aditya Motors is simply superb. Behavior of all staffs, starting from Security to GM is exceptional. Even I asked the GM, Mr Debananda, whether he can be transferred to Asansol or Durgapur, so that we can avail this type of service in my home town too. The conversation with the GM was fantastic.
